Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:

Processing time
Within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order, your order will be checked, approved and packed. The parcel will then be prepared for shipment. -
Shipping time
United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail or another suitable courier selected by Underform.
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer than usual.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case your parcel is stolen, lost or damaged during delivery.
Where is my parcel?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order through the tracking page on our website. To do this, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels.
My tracking number does not work
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If your tracking number still does not show any information after a few days, please contact our customer support team at support@underform.co.uk.
