Returns Policy
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
Information About Cancellation
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date:
on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, received the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these were delivered together;
or
on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, received the last item, provided that you ordered multiple goods in a single order and these were delivered separately.

You may use the cancellation form below, but this is not required.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until:
we have received the returned goods; or
you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us that you wish to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags and protective seals attached.
For hygiene reasons, Underform reserves the right to refuse returns of undershirts, underwear or other hygiene-sensitive garments if the product has been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered or if the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Reasons for Exclusion or Loss of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
for the supply of goods that are clearly personalised;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
For Underform products, this means that returns may be refused where hygiene-sensitive garments such as undershirts or underwear have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered or unsealed after delivery.
